What would you do? • The candidate should be willing to work adaptable shifts and possess strong knowledge of end-to-end VMD processing. The candidate should be able to manage client queries within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT) and demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, analytical abilities, and communication skills. • Proficiency in SAP S,



4HANA, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting is essential, along with the ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
What are we looking for? • • Knowledge of Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable processes • • Experience in SAP, S4 will be preferable • • Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools • • Good understanding of data validation and compliance controls • • Strong Excel and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Perform vendor master data creation, modification, and extension in ERP systems • • Validate vendor details such as bank information, tax IDs, and supporting documents • • Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and data governance policies • • Handle vendor or master data-related queries via helpdesk or ticketing tools • • Maintain data accuracy and prevent duplicate vendor creation • • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and business teams for approvals and clarifications • • Support audits and ensure proper documentation
