Job Summary

WORKPLACE VIRTUALIZATION - AVD

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. Deploy and manage AVD host pools, session hosts, and application groups. Configure and maintain FSLogix profiles and user setting management. Monitor AVD performance, capacity, and health. Troubleshoot virtual desktop, application, and connectivity issues. Manage image creation, maintenance, and deployment. Implement patching and update management for session hosts. Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and authentication. Manage Azure networking, storage, and security configurations related to AVD. Optimize user experience and desktop performance. Support application publishing and remote app delivery. Perform incident, problem, and change management activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Ensure compliance with security and organizational policies. Collaborate with cloud, network, security, and endpoint teams.
