About Position:

We are seeking an experienced IGA Business Analyst to support our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing identity and access processes, documenting functional specifications, and serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong IAM domain knowledge and experience with platforms such as SailPoint, IBM ISIM/IGI, Entra ID, or similar IGA solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for IGA initiatives.
- Conduct workshops with business users, application owners, security teams, and compliance stakeholders.
- Analyze and document Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes,



access request workflows, approval matrices, and provisioning requirements.
- Gather and validate application onboarding requirements, entitlement models, and roles.
- Define Access and Authorization RBAC and access governance requirements in collaboration with business and security teams.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Non-Functional requirement Documents (FSD), user story creation, process flows, and use cases.
- Support application inventory assessment, access model analysis, and entitlement rationalization activities.
- Work closely with architects and engineers during solution design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, Test Case preparation, execution support, and Defect Management.
- Support access certification, segregation of duties (SoD), audit, statutory compliance, and governance initiatives.
- Analyze existing IAM platforms and support migration programs from legacy IAM systems to modern IGA platforms.
- Facilitate stakeholder management, Requirement Review, and Status Reporting.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Access Management/IGA programs.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance amp; Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Experience with JML processes, Access and Authorization RBAC, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and statutory compliance controls.
- Hands-on experience working with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence, Oracle Identity Manager, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating BRDs, Non-Functional requirement Documents (FSD), user story creation, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Ldap, HRMS, and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Strong Stakeholder Management, Communication Skills, Facilitation Skills, and documentation skills.




- Experience with Agile methodology and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience in IGA transformation or modernization programs.
- Understanding of SoD, audit, statutory compliance, and IT Governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ticketing Tool ServiceNow, Azure IaaS, cloud applications, and enterprise security processes.
- Knowledge of IAM migration, role mining, and access governance best practices.
- The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in IAM/IGA programs, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Your expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our IGA initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
