Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 network support and troubleshoot day-to-day network-related issues.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and network connectivity.
- Configure, install, and implement network devices as per organizational requirements.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues.
- Work on Cisco and other latest networking products/technologies.
- Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform basic network configuration, device replacement, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for complex network issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, incidents, and changes.
- Follow network security, operational, and change-management procedures.
- Support network upgrades, expansions, and implementation activities.

Required Skills





- Solid hands-on experience in Network Troubleshooting & Implementation.
- Good knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing concepts.
- Experience in network monitoring and incident management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and configuration-related issues.
- Exposure to the latest Cisco/networking products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, Electronics, or a related field.
- CCNA Certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
