About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Officer to independently manage accounting and taxation for our international clients. The role involves end-to-end accounting, finalization, MIS reporting, client coordination, and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting for 5–6 international clients.

Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, GL, AR & AP.

Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.

Handle accounts finalization, audit and taxation.

Manage invoicing, inventory tracking and Delivery Orders (DOs).

Follow up on receivables and client payments.

Coordinate directly with international clients.

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Guide and support junior accountants.

Identify and resolve accounting-related issues independently.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Accounting & Taxation.

Good knowledge of finalization, audit and taxation.

Experience with Xero, MYOB, Sage or QuickBooks.





Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, Subtotal, etc.

Good English communication and client-handling skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / IPCC / CMA Inter preferred.

M.Com / MBA (Finance) can also be considered.

Candidates pursuing CA Finals or awaiting CA Final results should not apply.
