Product Manager — nRp Consumer, nRp Kids, Grenpak & nRp Wonder
Location: Patna
Employment Type: Full time, on-site
Experience: 4–7 years preferred
Reports To: Founder / Business Head
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially strong and creatively driven Product Manager to own the product pipeline across nRp’s consumer, kids, toy and sustainable-packaging businesses.
The role will take products from idea to market: identifying opportunities, developing concepts, creating specifications, coordinating suppliers and production, controlling costs, ensuring quality and supporting successful launches.

- Build annual product roadmaps, launch calendars and category priorities for all four portfolios.
- Identify market gaps through customer feedback, retailer inputs, competitor benchmarking and trend research.
- Develop product concepts, specifications, drawings, bills of materials, sample briefs and target costing.
- Lead the complete development cycle: concept, prototype, sample approval,
testing, production, packaging and launch.
- Work closely with factories, suppliers, designers, printing teams and procurement to achieve the right quality, cost and delivery timeline.
- Develop differentiated stationery and school products that strengthen nRp’s premium yet accessible positioning.
- Build nRp Kids products that are fun-first, age-appropriate and visually bright, engaging and educational—not generic drawing or painting products.
- Develop educational toy and activity ranges with a focus on puzzles, STEM, learning value, safety and repeat play.
- Build Grenpak’s sustainable-packaging range across PP, corrugated and kraft-based solutions for B2B customers.
- Use 3D prototyping and small-batch trials where relevant to improve product speed, design and innovation.
- Prepare category-wise cost sheets, selling-price recommendations, margin analysis and MOQ plans.
- Ensure product quality, safety, packaging strength, regulatory compliance and relevant BIS/testing requirements.
- Maintain product master data, approved samples, vendor records, artwork approvals and version control.
- Support marketing and sales teams with product stories, specifications, comparison sheets,
launch kits and training material.
- Monitor product performance after launch and recommend improvements, discontinuations or next-generation variants.
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, product development, sourcing or category management.
- Experience in stationery, toys, packaging, consumer goods, school products, plastics, paper products or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong ability to convert an idea into a technically viable, commercially profitable product.
- Comfortable with costing, vendor negotiations, quality checks, product specifications and production planning.
- Good understanding of materials such as paper, PP, board, corrugated material, kraft, plastic, fabric and basic 3D-printing applications.
- Strong aesthetic judgement and an understanding of child-friendly product design.
- Working knowledge of Excel, presentations, product documentation and project-management tools.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits, factory trials, exhibitions and market research.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
