We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.

* Drive team sales targets and ensure consistent performance.

* Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular coaching and feedback.

* Recruit, train, and develop team members.

* Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.

* Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

* Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements:

* 8–10 years of experience in the Banking or Insurance industry.

* Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader.

* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

* Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
