About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telesales / Telecalling Executive to join our Ayurveda company. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to communicate professionally with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, and provide them with suitable information about our Ayurvedic products.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain our Ayurvedic products.

Understand customer requirements, concerns, and queries and suggest suitable products.

Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Clearly communicate basic information about product benefits, usage, and pricing.

Achieve daily calling and sales targets.

Maintain and regularly update customer details and follow-up records.

Maintain polite, skilled, and positive communication with customers.

Build strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat sales.

Collect customer feedback and share common queries or concerns with the team/management.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,



and sales.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication is preferred.

Interest in sales and customer handling.

Confident personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and result-focused approach.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.

Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Previous experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
