Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Faculty to train and guide students in hotel front office operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of hospitality practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, activity-based training. Key Responsibilities - Deliver theoretical and practical training in Front Office Operations. - Teach topics such as: - Front office procedures and operations - Reservation and booking procedures - Check-in and check-out procedures - Guest registration and documentation - Telephone and email etiquette - Guest handling and complaint management - Room allocation and front desk coordination - Billing and payment procedures - Hotel PMS / front office software basics - Upselling and guest service techniques - Professional grooming and workplace etiquette - Prepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations, and practical activities. - Conduct practical sessions, role plays, mock check-in/check-out, and guest-handling exercises. - Conduct assessments, quizzes, practical examinations, and maintain student performance records. - Monitor student attendance, discipline, participation, and learning progress. - Provide career guidance and workplace-readiness support to students.
- Coordinate with other faculty members and management to ensure effective training delivery. - Maintain training records, assessment documents, and other required reports. - Support students in developing communication, customer-service, and professional skills. Requirements - Certificate/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism / related field. - Previous experience in Front Office Operations in a hotel/resort or as a hospitality trainer is preferred. - Good knowledge of hotel front office procedures and PMS. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong classroom management and student-handling skills. - Ability to conduct practical and activity-based training. - Basic computer knowledge is required.
