Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to handle Domestic and International Sales, business development, customer enquiries, lead generation, and sales conversion. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop domestic and international sales leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other channels.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and overseas customers.
- Identify new customers, markets, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings,



and business development activities as required.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Sales preferred.
- Experience in Domestic & International Sales will be an advantage.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; technical/engineering background will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP.
- Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
