Job Summary

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced OT Security SME with expertise in OPSWAT, Nozomi Networks, and OT cybersecurity operations to deploy, manage, and support OT security platforms within ICS/OT environments. The role focuses on platform administration, troubleshooting, security monitoring, documentation development, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance the organization's OT security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, implement, upgrade, and administer OPSWAT solutions within OT/ICS environments. Manage and support Nozomi Networks Guardian/CMC for OT threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, and response activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OPSWAT Kiosk, Core, MetaDefender Platform, device control, media scanning, and secure file transfer. Collaborate with OT engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to improve security monitoring and incident response capabilities. Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides. Support OT security audits and compliance activities aligned with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to operations teams and junior analysts.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with OPSWAT solutions (Kiosk, Core, MetaDefender), including deployment,



configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and secure media transfer workflows. Practical expertise in Nozomi Networks Guardian/CMC, OT security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and risk assessment activities. Good understanding of ICS/OT environments (SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, with solid analytical and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with OT security platforms such as Microsoft Defender for IoT, Nozomi, and Claroty, along with exposure to SIEM solutions (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar) and OT security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
