Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and confident Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing team through coldcalling, email outreach, and lead engagement. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in corporate communication and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct soft calls to share information with potential and existing clients
· Draft and send professional emails for client communication
· Research, identify, and engage potential leads
· Clearly and politely communicate company and service information
· Maintain and update client/lead data in Excel
· Follow up with leads and schedule appointments as needed
· Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to ensure smooth communication flow
· Maintain a professional, customer-friendly approach in all interactions
Requirements
· Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of email etiquette, MS Office (especially Excel), and general computer operations
· Confident, polite, and positive attitude
· Good organizational and time-management skills
· Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
