Role Summary

We are hiring an AI Engineering Trainer to teach university students how to integrate and apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning directly into their core academic fields—ranging from engineering and computer science to business, finance, life sciences, and humanities. You will bridge the gap between AI concepts and domain-specific applications, empowering students from all backgrounds to build practical AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Interdisciplinary AI Instruction: Teach technical and non-technical students how to apply AI/ML tools, agentic workflows, and LLM implementations within their specific core subjects and fields.
- Hands-On Training: Conduct practical sessions covering prompt engineering, RAG, tool-use frameworks, low-code/no-code AI automation, and API integrations.
- Adaptable Teaching Methods: Simplify complex AI/ML concepts using clear analogies and visual workflows for non-technical students, while delivering deep, code-first implementations for technical majors.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students through capstone projects, hackathons, and real-world case studies focused on solving domain-specific challenges using AI.
- Student Assessment: Design and evaluate assignments, coding tasks, and cross-disciplinary AI applications to measure learning outcomes.

Preferred Skills

- Core AI/ML & LLM Expertise: Strong command over Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Workflows.
- Technical & Software Stack: Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB), and open-source models (Hugging Face).
- Low-Code / No-Code Tools:



Hands-on experience with visual AI agent builders and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Flowise, Langflow, Make, n8n) for non-technical student tracks.
- Domain Integration Ability: Capacity to conceptualize and demonstrate practical AI/ML use cases across non-CS domains (e.g., AI in healthcare, finance, marketing, biotechnology, mechanical design).
- Instructional & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to simplify abstract technical concepts, adapt teaching pace, and engage university students effectively.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

- Education: M.Tech (Master of Technology) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related engineering streams is strongly preferred. B.Tech with exceptional hands-on AI project portfolios will also be considered.
- Candidate Tracks & Target Batches:
- 2027 Graduating Batch (Upcoming Graduates): Offered as a 5-Month Internship role.
- Recent Freshers & Experienced Professionals: Offered as contract roles.
- Prior Background: Candidates with prior AI/ML instruction experience will be strongly preferred (e.g., conducting AI workshops, bootcamps, university lectures, or corporate AI/ML training programs).
