Job Description:

Dulcet Holding is expanding. We are seeking driven Relationship Managers and AVPs across four key regions to accelerate our supply chain and dealer finance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, onboard, and manage Key Anchors and their supply chain ecosystems (dealers/vendors).
- Drive continuous business growth across Supply Chain Finance, Dealer Finance, and Factoring.
- Structure deals, pitch financial solutions to corporate clients, and negotiate terms.
- AVP Level: Manage high-value key accounts and lead regional strategic growth.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Core Experience: Mandatory minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance or Dealer Finance.
- Preferences: Strong preference for candidates with an NBFC background and proven experience on TReDS platforms (M1xchange,



RXIL) or KredX.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation power, and a proven track record in Anchor onboarding.
- Advantage: Candidates bringing "in-hand" cases ready for immediate closure will be prioritized.
- Notice Period: 30 days or less.
