We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who can manage Quality Assurance (QA), IT Support, and Networking responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

- Test software applications, websites, and digital products.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and technical issues.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve identified issues.
- Ensure software quality and performance standards.
- Maintain test cases and testing documentation.

2. IT Support

- Provide technical support to employees and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Manage computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT assets and ensure system security.
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues efficiently.

3. Networking

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices.




- Monitor network connectivity and performance.
- Manage routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot internet and connectivity issues.
- Support network security and access management.
- Maintain network documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of software testing and QA processes.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of network security.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) will be an advantage.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in QA testing, IT support, or networking will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.)
