AlphaKids Pre-School – Ratri Bazaar Branch is looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Head to lead our team!

Position: Center Head – Pre-School

Qualification: B.Ed & ECCED required

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the early childhood / pre-school industry

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience)

Location: AlphaKids Pre-School, Ratri Bazaar

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the preschool centre.
- Oversee and implement the Early Childhood Education/Program effectively.
- Supervise teachers and support staff.
- Ensure age-appropriate learning and development activities for children.
- Monitor classroom quality and academic implementation.
- Handle parent communication, queries, and concerns professionally.
- Support admissions and maintain student records.
- Coordinate PTMs, events, celebrations, and other school activities.




- Conduct staff meetings and support teacher development.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive setting for children.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies.
- Take overall responsibility for the centre’s smooth functioning.

Eligibility & Requirements

- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool/early childhood centre handling.
- Experience/knowledge of Early Childhood Programs is required.
- Strong understanding of early childhood learning and development.
- Excellent communication and parent-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
