Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer with 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost management for construction projects. Candidates with experience in KIIFB projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost calculations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
- Prepare and verify rate analysis and project cost estimates.
- Prepare RA Bills, interim bills, final bills, and variation statements.
- Check contractor bills against actual site measurements and approved BOQs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams regarding quantities and billing.




- Monitor project quantities, material usage, and cost variations.
- Assist in tender preparation, quotation comparison, and subcontractor evaluation.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills, BOQs, and project cost records.
- Identify quantity variations and support cost control and budget monitoring.
- Conduct reconciliation of materials and quantities wherever required.
- Ensure billing and estimation activities are completed accurately and within project timelines.
