Job Summary

Database Administrator with strong MS SQL Server expertise and working knowledge of MongoDB to support enterprise client environments under SLA-driven delivery models.Key Skills:• Primary: Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)• Secondary: MongoDB• Backup, Restore, Performance Tuning, HA/DR• ITIL-based support, Incident & Change ManagementResponsibilities:• Administer and support MS SQL Server databases in production/non-production.• Handle performance tuning, backup & recovery, HA/DR.• Support MongoDB databases (basic admin, backups, troubleshooting).• Work in client-facing, 24x7 support environments with on-call rotations.• Coordinate with application, infra, and client teams to meet SLAs.• Prepare RCA, health reports, and improvement recommendations.Valuable to Have:• Cloud DB exposure (Azure SQL / AWS RDS / MongoDB Atlas)• PowerShell T-SQL scripting• BFSI Insurance client experience.
