Job Summary

We are looking for a Young Professional and customer-focused Captain to supervise daily restaurant service, lead the service team, and ensure smooth and efficient guest operations. The candidate should have strong communication, team-handling, and service skills with a good understanding of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations.
- Allocate tables and duties to Stewards and ensure proper service flow.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming, and hygiene.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, and Management teams.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, service sequence, and overall floor presentation.
- Ensure proper billing and coordination with the cashier when required.




- Monitor stock and service requirements and report shortages to management.
- Train and guide junior service staff on service standards and SOPs.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, safety standards, and SOPs.

Candidate Preference

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments and strong knowledge of restaurant floor operations.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
