Position: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer handling, or sales support. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

- Solid listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
