About the Role:

VLCC is hiring a skilled and client-focused Hairdresser to join our centre team. You will deliver high-quality hair styling and treatment services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence aligned with VLCC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized hair treatments based on client needs.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable hair care routines, services, and retail products.
- Ensure strict adherence to VLCC standards for cleanliness, hygiene, tool upkeep, and overall centre aesthetics.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist with appointment flow for optimal centre efficiency.
- Support team targets by promoting monthly offers and delivering high service efficacy.





Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist in a salon or beauty clinic setting.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of contemporary hair care techniques, products, and equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
