About the Role

ZANA Luxury Escape – Jim Corbett is looking for a hardworking and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and hotel areas while ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained as per hotel standards.
- Replenish room amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas as assigned.
- Follow proper cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the concerned supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and coordinate with other departments when required.




- Maintain proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
- Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping department will be preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Local candidates from Jim Corbett/Ramnagar and nearby areas will be preferred.
