Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer communication, market research, sales coordination, and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in lead generation through online and offline channels.
- Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist the sales team in following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintain and update lead/customer databases and sales records.
- Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with social media marketing, content promotion, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and marketing activities.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and prepare basic sales reports.




- Participate in promotional activities, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Perform other sales and marketing tasks as assigned by the team.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or marketing is an added advantage.
