Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our airport store team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist domestic & international passengers professionally

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively

- Provide product knowledge including material, care instructions & styling advice

- Maintain visual merchandising standards

- Ensure display hygiene and product organization

- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately

- Assist in stock counting and inventory management

- Follow airport retail compliance & security protocols

- Maintain well-groomed appearance as per brand standards

- Deliver luxury-level customer service experience

- Build repeat customer relationships where possible

Working Hours & Shifts

- 8 hours per day





- Store operational 24 hours

- 3 rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

- 1 weekly off (except Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation Structure

- Competitive fixed monthly salary (based on experience)

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (jewellery/fashion/luxury preferred)

- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Tamil preferred)

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shift)

- Presentable personality with solid interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle international customers confidently

- Target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
