Designation: Manager - Accounts

- Manage and oversee the accounting department for accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Timely financial reporting and updates to management
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS.
- Independent finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account, Cashflow
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation laws
- Coordination and data support to CA for assessments and audits
- Creditors & Debtors Management
- Reconciliation, ageing analysis, and regular follow-ups
- GST & Other Returns
- Handling / support for GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)




- GST reconciliation with books of accounts
- Factory-Level Accounting Controls
- Verification of purchases, expenses, payroll, and journal entries
- Support in cost control and MIS reporting
- Audit & Management Support
- Support during statutory and internal audits

Qualification:

- MBA Financ , CA
- Parallel B. Com / M. Com (Preferred)

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
- Good command over Tally / zoho Accounting Software
- Salary : No bar for right candidate.
