About Legace Sports Infra

Legace Sports Infra is a growing construction and sports infrastructure company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our HR functions and support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles

- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements

- Ensure full statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team

- Implement performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes

- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

- Coordinate training and development programs

- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS software

- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary proceedings

- Manage vendor and contractor manpower requirements

Requirements

- MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification

- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience

- Prior experience in a construction or infrastructure company preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong recruitment skills for technical and managerial profiles

- Must be willing to relocate to Kozhikode (on-site only, no work from home)

- Good knowledge of statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws

- Proficiency in HRMS/HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka)

- Strong team management and leadership abilities

Compensation and Conditions

- Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month
