Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage with team our end to end tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying Tenders: Finding tenders published by government bodies, companies, or organizations.
- Understanding Requirements: Reading the tender document carefully to know eligibility, scope of work, and submission rules.
- Preparing Documentation: Collecting certificates, financial records, technical details, and compliance forms.
- Pricing & Quotation: Calculating costs and preparing a competitive bid price.
- Follow-up: Attending clarifications, presentations, or negotiations
- Well know with MS Office, Canva, Jpg editings etc.
Requirements:
- 0-2 Years of Experience in this field.
- Good Knowledge in MS Office.
- Robust Organizational Skills and problem solving.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
