RPA Developer

Join NES Fircroft as an RPA Developer and play a key role in driving digital transformation through innovative automation solutions. In this position, you will design, develop, and implement scalable applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help optimise processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver seamless integrations that support business growth and operational excellence.

What Youll Be Doing

- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions tailored to business requirements, with a strong emphasis on automating processes within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Workflow Automation: Create end-to-end workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve efficiency and streamline Business Central processes.
- System Integration: Integrate Power Apps with enterprise platforms including SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Business Central, and external APIs.
- Application Configuration: Customise and configure Power Apps components and Business Central modules to align with business needs.
- Business Logic Implementation: Develop business rules, validations, and data transformation logic across Power Platform and Business Central solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure automation solutions meet performance, usability, and functional requirements.
- User Training: Deliver training and guidance to end-users to support successful adoption of Power Apps and Business Central applications.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Business Central, and automation workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance, optimise, and maintain existing automation solutions across the organisation.

- Business Central Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including workflow automation and integrations.

- Process Automation Skills: Solid understanding of workflow optimisation, automation concepts, and Business Central arcecture.

- Configuration Experience: Ability to customise and configure Power Apps components and Business Central modules.

- Integration Capability: Experience integrating Business Central with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.

- Desirable Experience: Advanced experience with Business Central automation and Power Platform integrations.

- Data Knowledge: Exposure to data science concepts or related technologies would be advantageous.

- Training Experience: Previous experience providing end-user training and support in Business Central environments.

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Testing Expertise: Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Business Central automation solutions.
