Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounts and transactions using Tally
- Handle sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments and expenses
- Maintain proper invoices, vouchers and accounting records
- Assist with GST-related documentation, filing preparation and reconciliation
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, accounts, audits and other statutory requirements
- Bank and cash reconciliation
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
- Conduct regular stock taking and stock reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies
- Assist with billing and counter sales when required
- Maintain purchase/supplier records and supporting documents
- Support general office and administrative accounting work





Requirements: Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, basic knowledge of GST and accounting, valuable numerical accuracy, and willingness to handle both accounting and counter sales.
