Job Summary

*astTECS is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, explain products and solutions, and conduct product demos and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Explain products, services, and features clearly.
- Conduct product demos and virtual presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and respond to queries.
- Follow up with customers regarding product discussions and demos.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams when required.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in customer relationship management,



customer handling, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Confident in conducting product demos and virtual presentations.
- Good knowledge of computers and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
