Synergy IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and technically skilled SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The SOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity threats across customer environments.

The successful candidate will work with SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, endpoint security, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and other security technologies to identify and respond to potential security incidents.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, security operations, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, email security, cloud security, and other security platforms.
- Analyze and investigate security alerts to determine whether they represent genuine threats or false positives.
- Perform initial assessments and escalate the incidents to senior tech teams

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
