Job Title: CRC (Customer Service Agent)
Work Location: Remote
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month
Schedule: Day Shift (8:45 AM to 8 PM)
Education: 10th pass and above
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions. Incase of technical issue follow up by logging a complaint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain valuable customer relations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer.
- Good computer skills
Requirements:
- Laptop
- Strong Wifi - Mobile data will not be allowed
- Power Back Required
Both Languages are compulsory:
- Hindi (Required)
- Tamil (Required)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
