Site Supervisor

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction field

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assign and direct workers and subcontractors in their daily tasks.
- Inspect work to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements, and overall site logistics.
- Communicate project progress, site issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager/Superintendent.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure smooth coordination and workflow between different trades.
- Ensure proper site security, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day site activities.
- Willingness to work at construction sites in Calicut.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
