Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, billing, dispatch coordination, inward/outward material handling, and labor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Handle Inward and Outward entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and manage billing and related warehouse records.
- Coordinate and supervise dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Manage and coordinate warehouse labor for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.




- Maintain inventory reports and support management with required MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for stock movement and material availability.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in billing and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in stock maintenance and inventory control.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to manage labor and ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Solid understanding of dispatch, stock management, and inventory control.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
