Job Summary

Suraj Soni & Associates, a reputed Chartered Accountant firm in Bhilai, is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliances.

The ideal candidate should have mandatory prior experience working in a CA Firm and be comfortable independently handling day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and accounting records using Tally Prime.

Assist in preparation and finalization of accounts.

Prepare and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.

Conduct monthly GST reconciliation and ensure accurate GST compliance.

Handle GST return filing, including annual GST compliance and audit-related requirements.

Prepare TDS workings and manage TDS compliances.

Handle TCS compliances, wherever applicable.

Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and audit-related reporting.

Handle ROC/MCA filings and compliances; prior experience will be an added advantage.

Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required by management using MS Excel.

Manage payments, bank-related activities, and related communications.





Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.

Complete assigned accounting and statutory compliance tasks within deadlines.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams whenever required.

Take up additional responsibilities assigned by the Management Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.

CA Firm experience is mandatory.

Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills.

Knowledge of ROC/MCA compliance will be an added advantage.

Exposure to Statutory Audit will be preferred.

Good command of MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and manage work within strict deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
