E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Cosmetics & Beauty)

Job Description:
We are a growing brand in the beauty and cosmetics sector looking for a full-time, in-office E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for scaling our brand's presence across major online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa/Purple (if applicable), while executing paid ad campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, including creating rich product listings, organizing shade variations (lipstick shades, foundation tones), and tracking inventory.
- Ad Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and high-ROI sales for our cosmetic products.
- Inventory & Expiry Tracking: Closely monitor stock levels, manage batch codes, and ensure strict compliance with marketplace rules regarding shelf-life and cosmetics regulations.
- Deals & Combos:



Create and run attractive promotional deals, festive combos, and beauty discount coupons to increase the average order value.
- Brand Presentation: Ensure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content (Enhanced Brand Content) are highly engaging and clear for beauty consumers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller panels, preferably for a cosmetics, skincare, or lifestyle brand.
- Solid hands-on experience running marketplace advertisements and social media ads (Instagram/Facebook).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce SEO, beauty-related keyword research, and product ranking strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for managing inventory data and analyzing ad spend.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
