Job Responsibilities

Appoint and manage distributors and retailers for southern-central part of West Bengal location.

Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.

Visit markets regularly and build relationships with dealers and retailers.

Increase product visibility and market penetration.

Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.

Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.

Coordinate with the head office regarding sales performance and stock requirements.

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria





Must have field sales/ distributor sales knowledge.

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in footwear sales(more preferable), FMCG sales, or channel sales.

Positive communication and negotiation skills, having knowledge of local language

Willingness to travel extensively across the southern-central part of West Bengal

Knowledge of distributor and retailer management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must have knowledge field sale/distributor/retails sales

Experience in the footwear industry will be an added advantage.

Strong market networking and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
