Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide solutions
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Work on web-based systems and software
- Ensure timely resolution of issues
- Follow company process and guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
