We are looking for a Senior Steward to join our team at BDC Eatopia Hospitality India Private Limited to provide excellent dining service and support the smooth operation of the restaurant. In this role, you will assist guests, take and serve orders, coordinate with the service team, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and assist them with seating.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Set up and clear tables as per service standards.




- Assist in guiding and supporting junior stewards during service.
- Ensure proper service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Support the team in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass, with 1- 4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, strong customer service skills, and the ability to guide junior team members. A customer-friendly attitude and valuable teamwork skills are essential.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
