Position: Management Trainee – Finance / Supply Chain

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team in Noida. This role is suitable for freshers with an MBA specialization in Finance or Supply Chain Management. The selected candidate will receive exposure to business operations, financial processes, reporting, analysis, and coordination with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day finance and business operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and business-related data.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in supply chain and procurement-related activities, where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of processes.
- Analyze data and prepare presentations/reports for management.
- Support senior team members in various projects and business initiatives.
- Learn and understand company policies, systems, and operational processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.





Eligibility:

- MBA in Finance / Supply Chain Management.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic business/financial concepts.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates willing to work from Noida.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
