- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of current two-wheelers as per OEM checklist.
- Inspect vehicle condition including engine, electricals, brakes, suspension, tyres, battery, lights, and controls.
- Ensure proper oil levels, coolant levels, tyre pressure, battery charging, and fuel quantity.
- Identify and rectify minor issues or defects before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with service technicians for rectification of any major defects found during PDI.
- Ensure cleaning, polishing, and final presentation of the vehicle before delivery.
- Maintain accurate PDI records, checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure accessories fitment is completed correctly as per customer or dealership requirements.
- Follow safety, quality, and OEM guidelines during inspection.
- Support the sales team during vehicle delivery demonstrations if required.
- Ensure zero-defect delivery and high customer satisfaction.
