Furniture & Interior Designer – Residential Interior Spaces

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Furniture & Interior Designer to join our design team. The role involves working across residential interiors, furniture design, 3D visualization, client requirements, design documentation, prototyping, and production.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior/furniture design, materials, visualization, 3D modelling and rendering, with the ability to convert concepts into practical and aesthetically appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients at the experience store and understand their design requirements.
- Provide interior and furniture design services.
- Visit residential sites to take accurate measurements and understand space requirements.
- Create 3D models and renders based on site dimensions and client requirements.
- Develop functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces.
- Plan furniture placement and coordinate colours, lighting, materials, and decorative elements.
- Conduct market research for recent furniture and interior concepts.
- Work on design, prototyping, manufacturing, and visualization of furniture concepts.
- Create and edit furniture designs across different interior styles, themes, and placements.
- Support the design and operationalization of experience centres.
- Prepare detailed design documentation, drawings, and production-ready designs.
- Coordinate with production/manufacturing teams for execution.
- Visit the warehouse/workshop when required to discuss and refine designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2+ years of experience in Interior Design / Furniture Design.
- Background in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong creative and artistic ability with a good design aptitude.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, CMF (Colour, Material & Finish) and visualization.
- Experience in residential interior and/or furniture design.
- Ability to understand client requirements and adapt designs accordingly.
- Good understanding of furniture materials and production processes.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering using:
- Blender OR
- 3ds Max + V-Ray
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work within deadlines and budgets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in premium/luxury furniture or residential interiors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating furniture and/or residential interior projects.
- Comfortable working across design, visualization, documentation and production.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture construction and manufacturing.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and visiting residential sites.
- Creative, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Work Location

Gurugram – On-site (Office & Workshop)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
