URX is a D2C gaming peripherals company focused on gaming keyboards, mice, and other gaming hardware. We are looking for Customer Support Executives who can help us deliver a smooth and reliable post-purchase experience for our customers.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Mode: Work from office

As a Customer Support Executive at URX, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution of post-sales issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
- Manage post-sales queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and warranties.
- Understand customer concerns and provide quick and appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, logistics, replacement, and product-related issues.
- Follow up with customers until their issues are completely resolved.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the support process.

Ideal Profile

- 6+ months of experience in customer support, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, electronics, or consumer products.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over the phone.
- Patient and qualified when dealing with complaints or difficult customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and CRM/support tools.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working from the Adajan, Surat office.
