Job Responsibilities

- Manage and drive sales operations for the assigned region/zone.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Lead, guide and motivate the field sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, stockists and key customers.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability and market performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen market coverage.
- Track competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
- Ensure proper reporting, team discipline and execution of company plans.
- Support recruitment, training and development of the sales team.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Strong experience in managing Pharma field sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of the assigned market and customer network.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates currently working as RSM / ZSM / Area Sales Manager with team-handling experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in General / GP-CP / Pedia segments will be preferred.
