Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Used Car customer service process in Thane. The role involves handling customer queries, providing process-related information, and assisting customers with their requirements.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant BPO or customer service experience, average communication skills, and be comfortable working from the Thane office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns in accordance with process guidelines.
- Maintain qualified communication during customer interactions.




- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and service-level expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC Pass qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
- Average communication skills.
- V3 assessment qualification as applicable to the process.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Thane office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation

₹21,000 Take-Home per month
