We are looking for a Network Infrastructure (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for first-level network monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration support, and coordination with L2/OEM teams for network-related incidents.

Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: CCNA or any Network-related certification

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor network infrastructure using NMS tools such as Zabbix and other monitoring platforms.
- Provide L1 support for Cisco, Extreme, Aruba, and Brocade network devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and network connectivity issues.
- Support VLAN configuration and basic network device configurations.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot STP/RSTP related network issues.
- Monitor network devices, interfaces, ports, and overall device health.
- Monitor network performance and identify connectivity or performance issues.




- Troubleshoot network incidents, link failures, and connectivity issues.
- Perform basic network configuration backup activities.
- Manage network tickets and incidents through the ITSM system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for firewall and VPN issues.
- Escalate complex network issues to L2/Network teams as per defined procedures.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for hardware, connectivity, and technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of network incidents, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely escalation of network incidents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
