- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability through innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements to support evolving business needs.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and cloud-based security frameworks.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with integration of security solutions within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to implement scalable and secure solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Zscaler Architecture.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
