About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Fintech team and drive the growth of Dhan Kubera, our payment gateway solution.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and identify potential merchants/business clients.

* Acquire and onboard current merchants on the Dhan Kubera payment gateway.

* Understand client requirements and explain suitable payment solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

* Conduct regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and support.

* Maintain records of leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Fintech Sales.

* Experience in Payment Gateway, Digital Payments, Banking, BPO, Real Estate, or Fintech is preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Good lead-generation and conversion abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
