Job Description

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: High-quality video recording capability (modern smartphone with excellent camera or dedicated camera), crisp external microphone, proper lighting/home studio setup, confident on-camera communication skills, and a portfolio/showreel of short-form video content.

Payment Structure: Freelance / Project-based payments – Compensated on a per-deliverable, milestone, or hourly basis aligned with project scope for content produced across FyerX's internal brand channels and client campaigns.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Advantage: Prior experience creating high-retention content for B2B brands, marketing agencies, or tech firms, with solid self-editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and fast turnaround times.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, script, film, and produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos), talking-head breakdowns, and visual brand assets.

- Present confidently on camera, breaking down marketing, technology, and business concepts into punchy, easy-to-digest narratives.

- Manage end-to-end recording quality, ensuring clean framing, professional lighting, and crisp, noise-free audio for every take.





- Perform basic-to-intermediate video editing using tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro, adding agile captions, visual hooks, sound design, and brand styling.

- Collaborate closely with FyerX's marketing and social media teams to brainstorm creative angles, review performance metrics, and iterate on video formats.

Requirements

Equipment & Profile Requirements:

- Recording Gear: iPhone (13 or newer) / flagship Android with 4K recording, or a dedicated mirrorless/DSLR camera.

- Audio & Lighting: Clear external microphone (wireless lavalier, shotgun, or USB condenser mic) and dedicated lighting (ring light, softbox, or well-lit setup) with a neat background.

- Communication & Presence: Natural, charismatic on-camera delivery with clear speech, good pacing, and strong visual energy.

- Proof of Work: Active portfolio, showreel, or personal social profile demonstrating created reels, shorts, or video campaigns with strong hook retention.

- Creative Editing: Ability to edit, cut, pace, and caption short-form video content independently.

- Reliability: Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to deliver polished video assets against agreed project timelines.
