Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export operations and shipment documentation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, certificates, shipping documents, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Handle import documentation and customs clearance coordination.
- Track export/import shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, finance, warehouse, production, and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, ICEGATE, FSSAI, APEDA, Customs, and other regulations.
- Maintain accurate export/import records and documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipment and operations reports.
- Maintain shipment data in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Resolve logistics and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Commerce, or related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Food/FMCG export experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of export/import documentation.
- Knowledge of ICEGATE, DGFT, Customs clearance.
- Understanding of FSSAI and APEDA compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, LC procedures, and international trade finance.

Preferred Skills

- Food/FMCG export experience.
- Knowledge of Middle East, Southeast Asia, or European market regulations.
- Experience with SAP, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP.
- CSCP, CPIM, or similar certification is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
